Skilled Nursing Service
Skilled healthcare services together with support services of supportive healthcare personnel for clients in their homes. We provide personal assistance and route on-going care service that are required by an individual in his/her home to live healthy and safely. Our skilled nurses with expertise in working with clients and those with disabilities supervise the nursing assistants/home health aides working directly our clients.
Companionship
These services may or may not be provided as the results of the physician orders; many times, these are based on the preference of the client and the family to provide more peace of mind. These services are rendered by a pre-assessed and approved aide, staffed by the agency as a CNA or GNA.
Personal Care
These services are based on personal needs of the client, especially when mobility is limited. These services are rendered by qualified aides, staffed by the agency as CNA or GNA who are trained as certified personal care providers
Medication Administration and Management
The management of the client's medications, prescribed by the physician in support of the healing process and well-being of the client. Knowledge of the client's medication and medication regimen at home provides key element to the care of the client. The staff is certified to administer prescribed medicines as ordered by the physician while moving towards the goal of the client achieving safe self-administration. Also included are medication reminders for self-administration.
